DAY 3: GRACE TO OVERCOME FEAR
Scripture Reading: 2 Timothy 1:7
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
Opening
- Our help is in the name of the Lord…. Who made Heaven and earth.
- Come Oh Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of the faithful… And enkindle in us the fire of your love.
Reflection
Fear is one of the greatest obstacles to fulfilling God’s purpose. Fear of failure, rejection, criticism, and the unknown can keep us from taking the steps God has called us to take. God’s grace empowers us to move forward despite our fears. Through the Holy Spirit, we receive courage, wisdom, and confidence to pursue His purpose.
Prayer
Lord, deliver me from every fear that hinders my growth and obedience. Fill me with courage and strengthen my faith. Help me move forward with confidence, knowing that You are with me. Amen.
Intercessory Prayer
Father, comfort those battling anxiety, depression, panic, fear, trauma, and emotional burdens. Let Your perfect love cast out every fear and restore peace to troubled hearts. Amen.
Grace Declaration
Today, I reject every spirit of fear and embrace the power, love, and sound mind that God has given me. By His grace, I will move forward boldly and fulfill His purpose for my life. Amen.
